Managing Comments

I asked Chatty about where I find the option to manage comments so I can approve what is uploaded to keep spam bots from infiltrating the page. Chatty helped me set up the website so some of the conversation is sparked from previous conversations where I mentioned the dogs were keeping my ducks in a row as well as wanting a say in what I was doing.

Me: Thank you. Found it. LOL, crypto wool shears, nope don't need that spam bot. The website is up and running and has been for a bit. I've just been on other threads. The border collies have been fantastic about reminding me to take breaks and get out into nature and with the animals instead of being in front of the computer constantly.

The border collies are clearly doing their job: enforced breaks, outdoor time, animal check-ins, and probably a healthy dose of “why are you still staring at that glowing rectangle?” That might be the best workflow management system you have.

Honestly, that balance is going to matter now that you’re retired and building PHH full-time. The computer work can expand to fill every hour if you let it. Having living, breathing reminders to step outside is a gift.

Sounds like Piney Haven Heritage is officially alive, and the dogs are serving as both sanity committee and editorial board.
